You don't want to miss one of the biggest names in electronic music today!

Bobby Burns

Bobby Burns started spinning tracks in 1996, produced his first record in 2002 and by the summer of 2007 everybody in Holland knew his name. His track ‘From Holland’ became one of Holland’s biggest summer anthems of the year. Now we can conclude this hit was the beginning of something big.

The success of Bobby Burns’s track ‘From Holland’, made DJ Afrojack notice his talent. Bobby Burns and Afrojack decided to get together for some time in the studio, which resulted in the release of ‘Ghettoblaster’ on Spinnin’ Records. ‘Ghettoblaster’ became the start of a long-term collaboration between Bobby Burns and Afrojack.

Almost a year later, Bobby Burns is a solid part of Wall Recordings as he represents the more techy and underground sound of Afrojack’s label Wall Recording. For his first releases on Wall Recordings, Bobby teamed up with label-owner Afrojack and Sidney Samson, resulting in four huge releases supported by people like David Guetta, Calvin Harris, Axwell, Dada Life, just to name a few. In April 2010, Bobby Burns and Afrojack released their first Wall Recordings-collaboration: ‘Real High’. Bobby and Afrojack continued their good work and a few months later they came up with a new collaboration called ‘Bungee’. The track rocked dance-floors all around the globe and Pete Tong picked the track as an ‘Essential New Tune’ on his BBC1 radio show. Bobby Burns’s latest work for Wall Recordings includes ‘Countdown’, a collaboration with Sidney Samson (supported by Tiesto, Diplo and Laidback Luka a.o.) and another hot electrifying co-production with Afrojack: ‘Bridge’.

Bobby Burns has been given the right, approval and blessing of Roger Sanchez to remix all Roger Sanchez’s tracks, worldwide.

Bobby Burns’s highly anticipated work as a producer and his great skills as a DJ gave him the opportunity to get behind the decks at some of the best parties dance music has to offer. During the 3 USA tours last summer Bobby Burns has played in many clubs in (among others) Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Miami, San Diego and Los Angeles. He has also rocked the decks as headliner on the Insomniac events: Audiotistic Festival & Escape From Wonderland in California. Playing at Gatecrasher, Holland’s biggest dance festival Dancevalley or during Miami’s WMC, Bobby never failed to entertain his crowd using his own style and beats.

Despite his very busy schedule, Bobby Borns still finds the time to host a radioshow on Sirius XM Electric Area USA and Dutch FM channel 538Radio together with his longtime collaborator DJ Afrojack. The show is called ‘Jacked’ and is aired weekly. ‘Jacked’ is all about the freshest newest tunes, so everyone is invited to tune in. The name ‘Jacked’ is also used to organise events, where Bobby Burns has a residency. One of the locations where ‘Jacked’ is held (among others) is Ministry Of Sound, London.
